The Crooked Mile

This twisty turny thing we’re doing with our minds and our anging bodies on a one way trip back to just being.

Signposts aplenty along the way. So many its difficult to know which directions are true.

Laurie Anderson said;

“There are ten million stories in the Naked City.

But no one can remember which one is theirs.”

But honor to the renewed attempt eh?

The continued presence in a life operating under such conditions.

The attempt to “live with integrity”, as an artist once described the quality of “good art” to me. To create things, forms, attitudes, resonant glimmerings, with integrity.

Unto their being in a wrying untangling but with that sweet resonance. tone. fit. form.

Then of course, “Everything you know is wrong.” Firesign Theater
